But to get "Best Person", you must provide a train signal. This is need to show how much your attention and commitment to you career. Almost employers will see to this one thing when they decide give a special training for their workers. Employers won't cost that they have to spend will useless. They looking a someone who have it.

To show train signal that you have, there are a lot of ways that you can do.

1. Show that you have a will to learn
Everybody know that spirit is the most powerful thing to make or to get something, include in training. Someone with have desire to learn will easier to understand a lessons. So, after training seasons was end, employee can implemented what they get from training. This is most employers looking for.
2. Give your enthusiasm in regular training
Like i was said before that employers usually have a regular training. This training maybe doesn't fit into your personal goals or your skill. But when you give a high enthusiasm in this program, it can be give a good train signal. By being enthusiastic during routine training, your boss may be more inclined to assist you in reaching your long term training or certification goals.
3. Tell to your boss about your goals
Many workers doesn't have a purpose or goals for their future. Almost of them just only think about how to still work and earn money. They doesn't have desire to get their career. They just go to office, work, and then go home. They are same like a robot.
If you have a goals, you should talk to your boss. You can ask to rotation from one department or section into another ones. You can get more attention from your boss, if there are a chance for some position, you can get more opportunities than the others.
4. Show your discipline
All of employers will be like to discipline workers. Why that employers like this thing? Because with discipline, organization can get high profit. They will get high productivity and good result. Become a discipline workers and just in time on your works is one of ways to get your career.
