Create Submit Form

This form is used to facilitate someone if they want to send a template file, banner file, or another file. This form can create in "EmailMe Form Website". This feature is free. I think you should this form to optimize your blog. I have create one, and the result like this.


I will to make a tutorial how to create this submit form. To make your own form, follow this step one by one.

1. Go to "EmailMe Form" website.
2. Log in to this website. If you don't have an account yet, just create it first.

3. Create a new form.

4. And then you will go to first step. There are a form that must be filled.


a. Web form name : a name for a form that you create.
b. Recipients emails : which email that will be accept if someone send something with this form.
c. Spam Email Address : which email will be accept if someone send something with this form with spam criteria.
d. Thank you page : a page that will be display after someone use this form.
e. Number of fields : a field that will be display in your form.

5. The second step in this process is to make appearance of your form.

5. Get the html code or link Code of your form.

if you want to use this form in your own page, choose html code. But of you want that this form will be appear in different web, choose link code.
