Cholesterol

All of people will know about Cholesterol. What is Cholesterol? Cholesterol is a soft, waxy substance produced by the body and found naturally in animal foods such as meat, fish and eggs. Cholesterol, a type of lipid (fatty substance), is found in the bloodstream and in all your body's cells. It's an important part of a healthy body because it's used to form cell membranes, make some hormones, synthesize vitamin D, and form bile secretions that aid in digestion. However, a high level of cholesterol in the blood — hypercholesterolemia — is a major risk factor for coronary heart disease, which in turn can lead to a heart attack. Cholesterol and other fats are unable to dissolve in blood and so are transported to and from cells via the bloodstream by lipoproteins.

There are several kind of cholesterol, HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) and LDL (bad cholesterol). But watch out with cholesterol. A high level of LDL cholesterol (160 mg/dL and above) reflects an increased risk of heart disease. If you have heart disease, your LDL cholesterol should be less than 100 mg/dL. Lower levels of LDL cholesterol reflect a lower risk of heart disease.

Most of these cases was occur in old people. If you have a parents or grandparents, you must prepare for this one. You should to know how to pull down LDL Cholesterol. People get cholesterol in two ways. One of theme is foods. Foods from animals (especially egg yolks, meat, poultry, fish, seafood and whole-milk dairy products) contain cholesterol. So, you must control and make a program for your parents.
  • Controlling of your parent's meal
  • Do not eat more foods from animal. Care must be taken to eat no more than six ounces of lean meat, fish and poultry per day and to use fat-free and low-fat dairy products.

  • Do not smoking
  • Tobacco smoke is a major risk factor of heart disease and stroke.

  • Give them an daily physical activity
  • Daily physical activity increases HDL cholesterol in some people. A higher HDL cholesterol is linked with a lower risk of heart disease. Physical activity can also help control weight, diabetes and high blood pressure. Invite your parents to do some activity, such as brisk walking or jogging. Or they can do house work and dancing. If it is done daily, house work and dancing can contribute to a healthier physical lifestyle.

  • You must have a Heart Savior
  • Heart Savior -™ is a proprietary blend of several well known ingredients that have been known for their cholesterol reducing characteristics and for overall heart health. After years of research by Doctors, this unique combination of ingredients has resulted in a revolutionary product that is an excellent non-prescription alternative for managing healthy cholesterol levels.
